Ideathon is all about showcasing ideas and weighing their potential benefits to society. It is an ideal opportunity for you to provide a viable solution to society's problems or to come up with the best possible cocktail of idea and innovation. NMIT's ideathon is tailored to provide participants a first hand trial to the Entrepreneurial journey. It offers a competitive model for showcasing original thinking and problem solving aptitiude among the participants.

OUR VISION

We at ECELL - NMIT believe that the only constant is change. We want to be a part of the transformation that will shape new businesses. As a result, with ideathon we aim to provide an opportunity for unique ideas, fresh approaches, and new solutions. We want our participants to rethink, redefine, and broaden the concept of entrepreneurship.

DOCUMENTATION

IDEATHON 3.0 is our annual flagship event. It’s a national level pitching competition where young and budding entrprenures from all over the nation come in and pitch out their ideas/start-ups. The event was held in two rounds. The qualifier round was held online where we had plenty of participants joining in, but only a handful of participants qualified! Followed by the finals which was held offline at Nitte Meenakshi Institute Of Technology ,Bengaluru On 12th May 2022.
The event was kick started by having Mr Aprameya Radhakrishna, Co-Founder and CEO of Koo. Mr Radhakrishna gave us insights into the world of entrepreneurship and his personal journey in starting Koo.
The Event began with a total of 20 teams. All of them put up a spectacular display of their ideas which was very erudite and intruiging and it was awe-inspiring to watch the participants passionately speak about their ideas! Which truly incite us to be Entrepreneurs !
IDEATHON 3.0 was definitely one of a kind event, which inspires each one of us to be entrepreneurs and brings out the entrepreneurial spirit that is concealed in oneself. All in all it was an incredible experience and a not to miss out kind of event.
